My driver, Kevin, went above and beyond the call of duty to get me home from the Philadelphia airport. My baggage came in on an earlier flight and was sent to the American baggage desk in terminal A. Unfortunately I came in at 9pm on terminal C, where Kevin parked and was waiting for me. After exploring the situation we found out that my bag was waiting at terminal A. There was an issue with my flight and I ended up coming into LaGuardia instead of Philly at the last minute on a holiday, after 9:00 at night. At first it seemed like you couldn't accommodate me, but the dispatcher called me back and was able to get my ride rescheduled and the driver was waiting for me. REALLY GRATEFUL!!!!! Excellent customer service.
Very Professional
The service went above and beyond, especially since the airline changed my flight st the last minute to an earlier plane. The car was on time and as always, the drivers were professional. Also, the dipatcher was excellent.

Jae Lee was terrific. We arrived at EWR late and I received a text from him telling me he was there and where he would meet us. He insisted on pulling the luggage from the carousel, wouldn't let me do it. Same for when we arrive home. He brought our bags into our garage, again wouldn't let me do it. I was very impressed by the communications I received from King, especially the email with Jae's picture. It makes you feel at ease, nothing to worry about.
