I recently starting using your service beginning with our trip to Ireland leaving from and returning to Newark. From the start I have been impressed with the service received by your drivers. My wife first used your service for our son's wedding and she was impressed with the service. Since she was the first to use your service I decided to try your company and I haven't been disappointed.

Our experiences for our 2 trips in Feb 2018 were very good. On the way home from Newark airport on Feb 17, it was snowing, and the turnpike was not in a good condition. Our driver, Michael drove very cautiously. He kept his speed under 45 mph. We felt very safe. He sis very good driver.

I have used your service several times recently to and from the Philadelphia airport. The drivers were attentive and professional, and the transport vehicles were nice. However, I used the service yesterday and the car rattled and was somewhat uncomfortable. Come to find out this Chrysler 300 had over 310,000 miles on it. I plan on using your service again this coming Thursday for transportation back to the airport and would appreciate not having another high mileage car being sent. Our Driver was just a pleasure to me and the family all day. Keith was just a great person who was always looking to make our experience better. With the parade day being a traffic problem, Keith was always positive and had us right where we had to be.

This is first time in many years thst King was late to meet me at baggage claim. It was a coordination issue at dispatch. My driver was told to pick me up only given 30 min notice.
