Reliable Plumbing truly lives up to their name! The moment Ms. Joan learned my repair was urgent, she immediately prioritized my order without hesitation. Although I originally agreed to a two-day turnaround, they went above and beyond and added an extra crew to my job — getting everything completed in just ONE day. If that isn’t top-tier customer service, I don’t know what is! Fast, professional, and genuinely caring. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely be using them again!
True professionals! Steve, Brian, Terrance and Jim aka "The A Team" showed up on time, were respectful and patient. They excavated my basement and replaced the main sewer pipe and several others in ill repair. They took the time to show and explain in detail what was done and relieved my contractor anxiety. The basement was backfilled and cemented in 3 days as promised. They were efficient, quick and clean all at a fair price. I would absolutely recommend this company and will add them to my rolodex 😊 Thanks Mike!

Was getting a new toilet and it was recommended that we get the drain cleaned while the toilet was out. I certainly was not expecting same day service. However, literally, within 20 minutes of my call to Reliable Rich and Joe were at my door. Talk about speedy responses! These 2 gentlemen were friendly, courteous and extremely professional! Have used Reliable Plumbing for many jobs over the years—Drain service, new water heater, installing new faucets, etc. They come out quickly to give a free estimate, prices are fair, no job is too small. GREAT customer service! Had a small issue on some recent work that was done, Joan took care of it, got someone out to fix it. Very satisfied overall.
