The work was completed in a timely manner and contact was made with me after job completion.
My bathtub was leaking so I called to see if I can get it repaired. The plumber came out Friday and said I needed a whole new faucet as the current one was old and nothing could be fixed on it. On Monday, he came back with the new Delta unit. My prior one was rectangle in size. He came out with a circular one and put it on and the sides were open and he told me I would need to get new two new tiles, as there was a gap in the wall which also made the shower not usable until the tile was fixed. My handle on my toilet broke. He came over right away on a Saturday. After trying to get the handle off, he accidentally cracked the toilet tank and glued it together. I am not 100% happy that it occurred. He charged me $165 but made no offer to give me a discount for what happened. Only offer I was made that if I wanted to replace the whole toilet, he would be willing to take $100 off if I did a new toilet in 30 days. I guess my $165 would just be thrown away. ***Only reason I’m leaving a review is cause I feel there will be no repercussions.*** Your driver with the glasses/hat & f*cked up teeth literally brake checked me today AFTER already being 2inches from my bumper going 60 in a 30 mph zone only because I had passed him at the previous light because he was visibly driving distracted from his phone.
