Extremely friendly staff. Quality service.
I always have a good experience at Dentistry at 1818 Market. Everyone I meet from reception, to hygienists to doctors are professional and polite. I especially appreciate how quickly I can get in and out as to not miss any time from work.
Sadly, this was my last apt. with Dentistry at 1818 as I have taken a job in NY and I am moving out of the city. Over the past seven years, it has been a pleasure to be a patient of Dr. Siegel (with Dr. Leas occasionally filling in). Kelsey was always great to talk with and did a great job cleaning and polishing (sorry I never floss...does anyone??). Hope you to see you in New Zealand at some point :) All the best to the team and thanks again!
I had a very positive experience! The staff was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable! Everything was explained to me which alleviated much of my anxiety about having dental work done. I definitely would recommend Dr. S and his staff! Even the security guard at the front desk in the building was helpful!
Saw me on time, only took 30 minutes, and I received clear helpful information about the night guard I was fitted for.
I give Dentistry 5 stars. Every experience I had was, 1.pleasant 2.staff very concern with patients feelings 3.office is clean 4.staff very courteous 5.treatment is painless
Thorough. Professional. Friendly. Excellent in every way, as it has been in the--what is it?--15 years I've been coming in. (Thumbs down on the pointless wait at the lobby security desk, but that's not your fault!).
Today's visit was great! I've been a patient of Dr. Leas for over 20 years and that's a long time. The staff is friendly and the care is gentle and professional.
I always receive great, friendly and professional service here. It is a very clean and professional environment. I always leave feeling like I received the best possible oral care. I highly recommend!!
