Often times, going to the dentist is a scary thought, for a lot of people. Personally, I was one of those people. And after having a previous DDS who did sub-par work, I understand why I was so afraid. I had a few bad experiences with my previous dentist that left me with more problems than what I went in with. My procedure was done in a most professionaltimely manner. The Staff was kind and pleasant.
Professional and courtesy staff. I appreciate the wide range of times for appointments and their prompt service. Overall excellent dentist - they could do a little better with setting expectations during procedures (for example, how long the mold would be in my mouth, how far along had I made it through my procedure). I always find it comforting to know my progress especially when I am in the dentist chair. It's a minor criticism though...really great dentist office.
I am probably one of the worst (meaning scariest a/k/a plain ole wuss) patients that ever walked into your office... Yesterday, I had a tooth pulled, and when I tell you I stressed myself and everyone I came into contact with all day, I am not lying... I had family, friends and my entire social network connection (i.e. Facebook), praying, chanting and sending positive energy... Pathetic I know... LOL.... It was my first visit at this Dental Office. The front desk staff, hygenists, and dentist were all very pleasant and professional. The place seemed very clean (a big deal for me). They also went out of their way to accommodate me (I wasn't supposed to get a cleaning, but wanted one; they had an opening while I was there and did it on the spot!).
