The literal worst I have never in my life had such a horrible experience at any medical practice as I did when I visited Dr. Leas at Dentistry. My appointment was rushed, painful to the point of sadism, and really really really creepy and uncomfortable. My tooth cracked out of the blue while I was visiting Philadelphia for work. Great visit. Everything explained to me. No long wait. Nice, polite and VERY PROFESSIONAL office staff which os a major plus. I don't cate how good a dentist/doctor is, if the staff is rude and unprofessional. .,,I would never go back,
I would really appreciate knowing upfront the TOTAL number of visits needed for the end result, ALL the procedures which will be performed, as well as the TOTAL cost of the procedures (even if some of the procedures are given by the specialist). I really need to plan how much to put in my Flexible Spending Account the year before and surprise dental costs are not fun. The doctors are staff are all very good at what they do but the administrative policies need to be improved.Believe me, I like surprises just not at the dentis... read more
I left a message several days prior to my appointment regarding preauthorization for payment. I never received a call back, so I was quite suprised when I arrived (having taken a day off from work) and had to pay more than $150 I was not expecting. Then I found out my appointment has been scheduled as a consultation instead of the actual procedure. I had the consultation 3 weeks prior. Then I had the procedure.
