Everyone there is very friendly and the filling was very painless. Dr. Siegel is a nice guy and makes you feel welcome. I enjoyed talking with the hygenist too. Overall, a much better experience than with my old dentist, and I would recommend them to others!

Dentistry at 1818 Market is just the best in my opinion. If every business treated me as good as you do life would be great. Add the highest quality dentistry to that and it's a winning combination that everyone should emulate. One constructive comment, when I have already confirmed my appointment in email I would prefer to not also get a voice message reminder.

My experience at the office on my last visit was not a good one. There was a problem with my appointment, I arrive on time but it took a while for me to be call. Then when I complain I was given someone who did not appreciate me. I was place in a chair and wasimmediately dropped very hard in position. I am over sixty and work hard for my living. I did not appreciated be treated like that. The person was apparently upset and blamed it on me. I felt not good about the service that I received. All my other visits have been exce... read more

I have a fear of dentist which stems from childhood. The dentist at 1818 made me feel at ease and advised me to let him know if I was uncomfortable or needed a break. The proceedure went well and pain was minimun.

I love this office! I've been several times now and I am always promptly seen. My first visit, I was shaking in fear due to a bad experience at another Dentist's office (Gental Dental). Dr. Segal really put me at ease. He and his staff are very competent and friendly. They took the time to explain everything to me without being condescending. Furthermore, I needed to get a wisdom tooth removed during my pregnancy and Dr. Segal referred me to an excellent oral surgeon. I had four fillings done the other week and they were don... read more

I never have a problem getting a convenient appointment, and both dentists are great. The location is convenient, and they do not make you wait long in the waiting room. They do have a tendency to hard-sell cosmetic procedures (they are partly a cosmetic dentistry practice), and they seem surprised when I say I can't do dental procedures that aren't covered by insurance, or that I can't afford these procedures even if they offer a payment plan or put it on my credit card. In their defense, most people who work or live in Cen... read more

I dont understand the billing practice and feel very certain that I'm going to get screwed. I paid the full bill and have no way of knowing that anyone's actually going to bill the insurance company and that, if they do, I'LL be the one getting the money back. For two cavities, I paid half a month's rent despite having a dental PPO. Its really hard to get in as much as I need to if the dentist only fills one quadrant at a time and right after I left I started having sharp nerve pains in a tooth in the same quadrant he had ju... read more
