I was running water in my kitchen sink and then all of a sudden I had a small flood in my kitchen. Not being handy and knowing next to nothing about home repairs, I called them out. They sent one guy out (Sorry, I don't remember his name) after I described over the phone the problem. They thought it was a clogged drain and sent somebody out almost immediately. Mauricewas prompt, very nice. explained what the problem was, fixed the problem and then showed me how I could remove the drain stoppers and clean themmyself. The only thing is my appointment window was set for 8 to 10 am. When I called to find out if I could get an arrival time, the guy who answered said I should not have been givensuch an early time frame....The window should have begun at 9:00. Fortunately the guy was running early so he was in and out quickly and I could go to work. . <br />

My first experience with this company was on 5/31/13. I walked into my bathroom to find it was practically flooded due the toilet leaking. I called Goodman and they had someone out within the hour. They said they would come back if the problem started up again but thankfully, they were able to fix it the first time out. <br /> My second experience with Goodman was just as pleasant as the first. The work was fine and they were professional. However, the bill they provided was not itemized or detailed. They treated the call as though it were an emergency when I very clearly said it was not. The way that the job was handled I felt like I got ripped off and I was overcharged. I have not and will not use them again. <br />

I called goodman plumbing due toleak in my foyer ceiling. <br /> THEY CAME OUT IN A VERY SHORT TIME AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEMS (MAIN DRAIN PIPE ON BATH TUB, A LEAKING TOILET TANK AND CORRODINGBATH AND SHOWER FIXTURES.)THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. BILLY AND HIS WORKERS WERE VERY PLEASANT AND WORKED WELL TOGETHER TIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. THE WORK IS BEAUTIFUL AND I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED. <br />

The plumber came quickly and did an excellent job of replacing the part that had been previously installed incorrectly by another company. He also was able to fix a loud groaning sound in our pipes that we had reoccurring for many years. Throughout the years we had several companies come out and they were never able to correct the issue. Would highly recommend. <br />

I am extremely pleased with Goodman Plumbing. I called at 10:30am this morning.Being a Saturday I expected to get an answering machine, but to my surprise a nice young lady named Tracy answered on the first ring.
