The people were always very nice and courtious. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that the whole transaction was on the up & up. I am sure they are good plumbers, but I had a negative experience that I am not very happy with. <br />

I am happy with all there work. They were priced fair and didn't take advantage of me due to the emergency and situation I was face with. I would say over all they are a excellent group to deal with. The techs were on the ball the whole time they were here, they took care of my home like it was there own and that is hard to find in people now a days. Thank to the Goodman organization you saved my day!!!! <br />

On the day of service the plumber arrived on time and ready to go. Since the work was going to be completed in several areas of the house he did a great job of cleaning up after each project when he was finished. Overall we have had no problems/leaks since the work was completed. <br /> <br /> My only complaint is I would have liked more transparency when they originally came out to diagnose and estimate the work on 3-25-13. <br /> When I asked for the price for the above mentioned work the plumber had to call the office fo... read more
