These guys were great. I called at 10:35AM on a Sat. and at 12:45pm they were at my door. Did the job with the parts I had already purchased thinking I would do it myself and clean the area when done. I could not have asked for a better experience and will certainly use them in the future. <br />

Goodman plumbing did and excellent job. They showed up on time and provided a free estimate. They evaluated the problem very quickly. after we provided the initial estimate to do the work they worked with the city very quickly to get the necessary permits and started work within 4 business days. After digging down to the trap they deteremined another problem the line coming out of the house was angled below the trap. Our bathtub spout decided not to divert any water to the shower one day. We called goodman plumbing and they came out the following day. As things would turn out the spout was only a minor problem. Upon inspection it was discovered that our bathtub drain plumbing was cracked as was being held together with epoxy (Previous owners). <br /> <br />All of that was replaced and things were good for about a week. The job that we hired Goodman plumbing for went extremely well. They showed up on time, had the right supplies to complete the job in one visit. They fixed the two toilets two months ago and we have not had any problems since. What impressed me the most about Goodman plumbing and Dwayne is that the two leaky toilets were leaking very badly. The experience was great they we professional from start to finished. The office answered phone with a live person which is great and reassuring that your get answers right with a schedule appointment. The workers were plesent , knowledgeable and provide good quality service. They were informant from beginning to end. The office was on top of all the townships requirements and informed us every step of the way. I will use this company again they are 1st class. <br />

After a poor start on the communication front with a less than responsive receptionist, things drastically improved. Mr Goodman called personally to apologize and explain. His personal touch was very much appreciated, so I went ahead with getting a quote. When the plumber came out to quote, he was professional and knowledgable. I haven't decided on a contractor yet as still receiving quotes from a range of contractors. I contacted plumbing contractors from Angies List for a diagnoses & estimate on a leaking water service in my front lawn. Some of the estimates were to bring in a backhoe to dig & others were to use the missal process.
