My only complaint is in regard to the price. I was quoted a price of $300 which seemed steep for such a small job. There only materials needed were a few feet of new gas line pipe. The plumber claimed that the job was technically difficult and that it would take <strong>2 hours</strong> to complete. Two hours made the price a bit more reasonable. I joined Angie's List in order to find an honest and reliable plumber. I felt they did a good job. I had a leaking kitchen faucet replaced in my mother's home. The one thing is the original price was much higher ( close to $600 yikes! ) because they were going to put in the faucet they had brought with them. I explained that she did not need a high end brand name and went to purchase a very nice one for $89 at Lowes. The main drainage pipe in our house had cracked from old age. They came and gave an estimate. It was one of three plumbers and by far the lowest so we scheduled them right away. They were on time and did a great job. They cleaned up their mess. Very polite and professional. Hopefully we won't need a plumber in the future, but if we do we will use Goodman. <br />

<p>The plumber arrived when he said he would. looked at what I needed done and gave me a price. I agreed to the price and he continued on with the work. He was probably here for about 3 to 4 hours. He was very curtious, informative andcleaned up very well. I had a 50.00 coupon forGoodman Plumbingthat I got from being an Angie's list member, which he deducted from the price. They had to pull the toilet and snake the drain. They actually had to do it twice.They arrived on time and finished quickly. There was still an issue with a utility drain on the line and they came back the next day meeting me during lunch and cleaned that drain as well with no additional charge. Price was fair, they were punctual and easy to work with. <br />

Within 48 hours of my first call to Goodman, a plumber arrived as scheduled to help assess my problem (leaking bathtub). He spent the time to listen to my diagnosis and together we discovered the issue was something I could fix on my own. He gave me some quick tips and headed on to the next job. Polite, quick, & honest. Thank you Goodman! <br />

All went well. The repairmen were punctual, professional and explained clearly what needed to be done. They drained the old heater, disposing of the water outside. Brought in the new heater and installed it without any problems. They cleaned up afterwards and finished within a 2 hour period. <br />

These guys are awesome! I had a sewer issue on a Sunday and they did not charge anything extra to come out to service (I was quoted $350 by other company -Clinton Plumbing). They returned my phone call within minutes (possibly less than a minute). They were on time & did call prior to arriving to let me know they were on their way. They made sure that the sewer drained probably prior to leaving & they are coming back later in the week to use a camera on the drain (to confirm what issue may be).
