They would not do anything without an estimate first. He was very helpful with his suggestions. They were very accommodating and thought outside the box. I did not feel like they were pushy with sales or anything. He really knew what he was doing.

Overall, it was a good experience for a traumatizing situation. The guys were very trustworthy and professional. I really liked all of them. My only complaints are: <br /> 1. I would have liked better communication on what to expect as far as a timeline <br /> 2. I would have liked to have known when who was coming to do what <br /> 3. I called Goodman and they came on the scheduled date I asked for. They examined the bathroom and advised us that the toilet was so old, it was best o get a new one. We agreed, because we had it fixed prior, by another plumber, but it would start to run again within the week. Goodman had to order the popup brass assembly, but that was OK. in a coincidence, a few days after they repaired the main bathroom toilet and sink plunger, I found the powder room in the basement flooded. I called Goodman on that Sunday, and although we had to wait until they were done with other customers, they came and closed a leaking valve. They also recommended a new toilet, as this one, though barely used, was very old. They vacuumed up all the water and thankfully, nothing was damaged. answered and responded to call in a timely manner. Came out for estimate when promised and was able to perform a small fix at the time of the estimate. Honored our coupon and we were not charged the estimate fee since they did the work. Called 1/2 hour in advance of showing up, which was really helpful and appreciated. Performed the work as promised. The only reason for the B was that they spilled paint while touching up after the work. The removal of the paint left a stain on the vinyl flooring.

As an older gentleman, I appreciated how the plumbers put me at ease regarding this unexpected repair. Their professionalism went a long way toward calming this senior citizen.

John was professional, knowledgable and friendly. Although there was little to clean up, he wiped the floor near the sink and put back items under the sink.The garbage disposal works like a dream.

Stan was extremely professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He & his fellow crew member did an absolutely PERFECT job. Additionally, the guys patiently answered all of my questions (very rare in the plumbing profession in my experience), and made sure not to make a mess in my house (extra tricky in my situation as my hot water heater is on the 3rd floor & I have light colored carpets). Iwas told the plumber would come between 9 and 12 on Friday morning; hecalled during that window to give me amore accurate time, and then again to clarify my address, so he was a little later than I liked, but I was glad he called. He cleared the drainquickly and gave me some advice about fixing it myself the next time. He also loosened the aerator on the bathroom sink so I can take it off and replace it down the road.
