WE WERE DESPERATE FOR A PLUMBER AND NEEDED SAME DAY SERVICE. THIS COMPANY CAME TO MY HOUSE THAT AFTERNOON AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS. HE WORKED VERY HARD FOR THAT MONEY AND I FELT LIKE HE EARNED EVERY PENNY. WE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO SHOP PRICES BUT HE WAS THE QUICKEST RESPONSE TIME TO OUR NEEDS AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
I FELT WE WERE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE THE OLD HEATER WAS DISCHARGING WATER AND WE NEEDED IT REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
I asked for an estimate for a fix of our heating system. They do not give free estimates.

We charge a service charge to diagnose heaters and air conditioners that are not working and the fee is credited to the repairs. If you know what is wrong with the system we can give a free estimate. It could take a lot of time for a technician to put gauges and equipment to find what is faulty. This is explained on the phone before we schedule any appointment. I thought ok, but 3 men arrived 2 to check out heater/AC & 1 to fix toilet. I had purchased the new toilet handle & accessories, except for new flap. I paid $165.00 for heater & $1,55.00 (with Angie's list discount. The work was ok, but I doesn't take 3 men to do the job I wanted done. Also, think it was too much money.

Elderly Abuse Alert!! Frank from this company showed up and quoted an unreasonable rate for a toilet seat & bidet install. As a critical task before a patient with a broken hip was being released next day, this low life thug took advantage and quoted my 80+ year old mother 500 dollars. I wanted to discuss but he threw her phone down and wrote a quote, and left the house without explaining to her. I’m sorry you felt you had a bad experience. We where scheduled for a free estimate,we arrived on time to look at a installation of a special toilet seat with a bidet built into it. They our quite complicated to install especially since the installation was into a old one piece toilet. The valve needs to be changed and special tee fittings added. Calling their main office is a waste of time. The ladies cannot give any general status, thus your only option is to keep waiting... They don't understand when the customer describes the problem, thus they sent the wrong people to fix the problem. With additional waiting, they finally sent the drain cleaner, who ultimately fixed the problem. The sewer was clogged due to roots.
