They were great that is why I brought them back. They are pricey but they know their stuff. My shower was not working and it was 3 years ago. They found out that stuff was not up to code. They are good plumbers I know that. They are expensive, they are expensive. They are good they are really good. They are a little pricey. If you want your stuff done right then go with them. They do the job. I would absolutely use them again, I would not call anyone else.
They and out when I had a pipe burst. They were there on an emergency, they were there. We had a really cold winter and the outside pipe busted. They came late and they were there. Emergency situation they were there. I was a new home owner and I was freaking out. It was just to fix the pipe. They came out in an emergency situation give them an A. I would use them again, I have been.
They sent someone out to my house within two hours of my phone call. Cut a hole in my ceiling and found the leak. Everything got fixed and some. George was professional and courteous. All pricing was up front. No problem to accept the Angie's list discount coupon. I am very grateful and 1000% happy.
He showed up quickly , found the issue after showing me what the problem was he took care of it and left.
The first visit (on Sunday) did not go so well (drain still clogged and wrong pipe snaked), but the team was responsive and scheduled a follow up visit right away for the next day (Monday) and took care of the issue.
Excellent as usual, I have used Goodman many times and each time was an excellent experience. The plumber came on time, he introduced himself and ask me what the issue was. He attentively listen, then I showed him where the sink was. He examined the underside of the sink and gave me a detailed explanation of what I needed. He was professional and did good work
They came out quickly and were very professional. Repaired copper line, installed new connector and shut off valve. We also used Angie's list coupon.
