Excellent Service and very professional will hire again for future plumbing and heating need. From the estimate Nick explained very detail and very easy to understand what need to be done. John came and installed the faucet in timely manner. John explained to me what need to be done during winter time to prevent the line from frozen. It started a little bumpy with a delay so it took longer than expected. But the overall work done was exceptional. Everyone was nice and once the job started, it was done in a timely manner.
New faucet was installed but when the old drain circle was taken out it showed rotting area in the sink so the new one would not fix it. The entire sink had to be replaced. I was not to happy to hear about that because I only wanted new faucet replaced. But things always happen when items are taken apart. The plumber was very apologetic which it wasn't his fault. Chris the installer called before the arrival time and came within the pre-selected time frame. He moved fast answered all questions and was courteous. ( Did not have booties but took off work boots) All went well.
