Very nice work with excellent service that was provided from the initial phone call to assess and schedule the work along with the actual installation of the toilet and garbage disposal. I received a 30 minutes courtesy call prior to their arriving. Upon arrival, George was extremely professional and completed the work very quickly and efficiently. I had very positive experience and will use the company again to schedule additional work in the future. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent!!!
The work was completed in a few hours. Sean provided quality service. He installed the heater without a problem considering he was working alone. He even fixed an old rusted pipe for no additional cost. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely hire again.

Was very happy with worker's and job. Would give them an "A" rating and they are now our go to plumber for my house and my mother in law's house.
The Plumber from Goodman was named Jim. He was polite and thoroughly looked over what needed to be done and also found some other potential problems that could occur. The work was pretty involved and took about 5 hours to complete. After the work was done, Jim showed me each and every piping and valves and the hot water heater. Very well. When I called Goodman he asked for the model number of my old leaking hot water heater, which I provided. I informed them that my water heater is located in a confined space between my furnace and the wall. They took note of this and assured me that they would find and install one that would fit. They were great. They did everything the same day.
We have had Goodman out to our house for two separate jobs. First, when the electricians were grounding our water, they burst a pipe, which ended up having to be replaced out to the street (Generation 3 is not a company I would recommend). That night, we called Goodman and they asked for pictures of the leak and were able to give us some advice over the phone to get us through the night.
