Showed up promptly and worked quickly. Super easy.
They came out the next day to examine the problem and gave an estimate. When they returned later in the week to fix it, the work was done quickly and at the price quoted. Great job, a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely call them again if we have any more plumbing issues.
So far it seems to be going well.
I called in the morning when the trouble started and they said someone could be out by around noon. I got a call not long aftersaying they were on the way, so the service was even faster than I expected. The guys who showed up were polite, cleaned up the mess from taking down the ceiling, and knew what they were doing. Professional all the way. It was a huge relief to get same day service since my tenants would have been without a shower otherwise.
