Perfect. Spoke with Rob about what I wanted and he went over all details about my different options. He even encouraged me to get other quotes. In the end I went with Rob because of his ethical approach to sales and pricing was in line with two other companies. Rob could have totally sold me a more expensive water heater but thoroughly reviewed my options and left the decision up to me. No pressure sales. Rob new his stuff. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They called the morning of the appointment to verify the problem. Then they also called 30 minutes before their arrival to let me know they were on the way. <br /> When they pulled up to my house they immediately saw the probable cause of the clog. The vent cover on the sidewalk was completely broken. They were right and they pulled out a pretty good sized tree branch that had fallen into the vent. After having a house fire and completely rebuilding, we had finally moved back into our home. Within 2 weeks, our washing machine was emptying right onto the floor, causing the area to get flooded. I called this company and they responded immediately, sending someone out the following morning. EXCELLENT ! ! ! I needed same day service and the gentleman came out to repair the toilet within 45 minutes of my very first phone call which was approximately 4:45 PM. The price was good, he gave me an education on plumbing, and was an all around very nice plumber.
