Plumber called to let me know when he would arrive. He was very professional and the price was reasonable. I would recommend to family and friends. <br />

Everything went well. 2 gentlemen came. They were very informative about what was wrong and what the best approach would be. They were prompt, very best and clean. They took their time and did the job right. I thought they were priced a little too high, however, it may be a case of "you get what you pay for". I do recommend. <br />

Although I cannot remember the name of the woman I spoke with, I was very impressed by her cordial manner. She reassured me that we could get a plumber here within 1- 2 hours. After about an hour, the plumbers (Stan and Jessie) called to tell me that they were on their way and we'd see them in about 30 minutes. They were on site in 20 minutes.
