The driver, Marc was a pleasure to converse with. His driving expertise quite deft, on time, and safe.
Our trip was a two way trip. We changed the pick up time on the first trip, so even though you couldn't accommodate us, you had another service pick us up. THANK YOU! I feel that was fantastic service. On the trip back; it was the bad storm on November 15th. Everything was grid locked in town. I called to see IF our driver was even going to be able to even pick us up. We booked two rides (to and from destination) on the same evening. The drivers were prompt and courteous. The drivers drove very safely. The vehicles were in excellent condition inside and out. All in all excellent service from reservation making to the final drop-off. We will definitely use King again.
