Excellent service! Don our driver was courteous and personable. Not having to drive to center city and deal with the traffic and parking made the evening all the more relaxing and enjoyable.

We had a good experience on both trips. However, when I made my reservation, I requested my dear friend John Larkins To be our driver. That “never” happened altough i was told up to the day before he would be when I called to confirm. I was very disappointed this occurred. Someone from King should have reached out to me directly- it didnt happen. In the future, if your request cannot be filled the company should call the customer & let them know. Wonderful as always, and John is a great driver. We ran late and your flexibility is so appreciated. My only comment is a request for updated car seats. The seat was too big for my infant. We'll be riding with you again soon!
