Great service. It was easy to set up a reservation over the phone, and the rates were better than the competition. A group of us was heading for the winery for the day and all we needed was a drop off/pick up ride. King made the process seamless and they were very helpful. The van was clean and spacious, and both drivers were on time and drove safely. Overall, it was a great experience that allowed our group to enjoy our day without having to worry about transportation.
no problem finding the driver. May I suggest you tell your drivers that when they meet their customers, they should accompany them to the luggage carrousel to assist in the picking up of the luggage. I don't think my driver was aware of this, but I went over to him and asked for his assistance. He was very good and very nice.
