In both instances, Goodman Plumbing picked up the phone right away and I spoke to a real person on the other end. Each time the office assured me they would do the best they could to help me out, and they have surpassed my expectations on both occasions. Woke up to find that my hot water heater was leaking. Called Goodman plumbing for same day service and they were able to accommodate my request promptly. The service technician came out and quickly addressed the problem and fixed it without a problem. The price for same day service and resolving the issue was the best price I had found. I give this company and workers 10 out of 10 stars and would use them again if needed and would definitely recommend them

Tankless Water Heater (10 yrs old) died on us and we were without hot water for over a week. Not fun during the winter months. We contacted several big box companies whose main (rather 'only') goal was to rip us off with quotes ranging from 5k - 7k and bad product recommendations. Goodman Plumbing is a whole different ball game. Very committed team of professionals. They came in on a Sunday to inspect and provided a quote that evening and the installed it within a day!! Roman Boretsky was a saint! He did excellent work! He showed up willing and able to fix all of the problems we uncovered in our old and beautiful home! water heater installed, problem found which water company had to fix, now waiting for plumber to complete other jobs (indoor water main shutoff valve, and new faucets). When scheduling the return appointment, I had a hard time with the person who answered the phone being busy, saying she would return my call, an didn't, so I called again and she had forgotten who I was. The plumbers (George) was excellent).

The work was done by Roman Boretsky, who was extremely helpful and arrived promptly to install a new boiler in a duplex building. He worked very efficiently and got everything done with the minimum of mess. When the second elderly boiler servicing the other half of the duplex broke down recently he responded to the emergency by arriving within 24 hours to recommend what to do; he then worked with his office to make sure we got the speediest possible service to restore heat by installing the second boiler.
