Roman and Shane replaced a main stack plumbing pipe in my home running from the ceiling of the first floor down into the basement, opening up a concrete wall in the basement and a plaster wall in the dining room in the process. We noticed our water heater leaking on a Saturday afternoon and knew we needed to have it replaced. We called Goodman and they gave us a quote immediately over the phone and said they would send someone that same day. Billy arrived less than an hour later and the whole job was done by dinner time. Billy and team were very professional and friendly. They explained all the work to us and the price was fair. We will definitely use Goodman again!

Excellent. Estimators came the next day to give me a free estimate and 3 days later the plumber, Roman, arrived. Roman was extremely friendly and very professional. My house is 100 years old so some areas were tight where he had to work but he didn’t complain and did a great job. I am a repeat customer and have always been happy with Goodman. Ask for Roman you won’t be disappointed.

I called early on Sunday morning. Some one came out with an hour to look at the situation. The price quote was a little steep but it ended up being worth it. the next morning Roman and his partner game out. They worked for the whole day to replace the system. They were very professional and cordial . They came back the next day when the furnace need aa adjustment. They even spent extra time fixing the special hookup in the bedroom. All in all a good job.

I had a slow leak in my upstairs bathroom under the sink/vanity that was dripping though my downstairs living room ceiling! They sent someone same day for a FREE assessment and estimate, which I very much appreciated since leaks are very scary... The technician came out to look and let me know that the leak appears to have happened in a flex hose that was underneath the floor. He told me he would have to lift out the current small vanity and cut out the floor to repair the leak. He suggested that since he would need to open ... read more

The two serviceman were prompt professional and got it done very quickly. My only complaint is that as they were pulling into the driveway one of the gentleman through his cigarette butt out into the street

After trying to do the job myself, Roman and Shane were able to fit me into their schedule at the end of the day. They were able to get an old faucet out, put the new one in, and then repair the drain from sink to floor as well. They were very honest, responsible, and organized. I am always willing to recommend these plumbers to anyone!

The sewage pipe was clogged. Dirty water overflew in the basement. Usually, the basement is dry. It was smelly too. Goodman Plumbing found out the cause: roots from nearby trees. They resolved the problem quickly and efficiently and now everything works fine.
