Everything went great. Jason and Stan were great to work with. Very nice, would hire them again.
Things went very well. After my failed attempt to remove my old tub spout, I ended up calling Goodman for an emergency Sunday afternoon appointment. The pipe actually twisted off leaving a big section still inside the tub spout and other twisted half inside the wall. My man Rowan came through around 130pm and went straight to work. I thought removing the washer to get to access point for the pipe removal was going to be a difficult task. But, Rowan did it without any problems and no help from me. Called Goodman to come out after I was unable to connect my new washer due to my water valve shut off valve being "frozen" and my main water valve needing to be replaced so i could install my new washer. I had George come out the next day and was done within an hour. Reasonable prices and great service. Really recommend any of their work.
Cost $325.00 to replace one valve.

We had a scheduled appointment for a broken main valve in the basement located before the water meter. Nick H arrived and looked over the job. He gave a free estimate to shut water at the curb with a key. Disconnect water meter and meter couplings . Remove existing broken main valve. The two workers, Roman and Shane were very courteous and prompt for the scheduled appointment. Roman explained the details of the repairs and provided us with the necessary parts to fix the shower faucets and toilet. My husband and I were very satisfied with the total job they performed. We will be sure to call Goodman's for any future plumbing repairs and we will definitely recommend Goodman's to our family and friends as well.
Above and beyond, the company particularly Roman the lead on our project walked me through all the issues and now we have a plan for how to undue the damage done by a previous renovation that was done on the cheap and without understanding of how plumbing works. Fixed leaking toilet and will come back to fix pipe issues and solder joints that should have been soldered to begin with
