It went great. They got me on the schedule within a few days of calling, and their pricing was very fair. Note, they also installed an expansion tank, which I did not previously have.
Quality of work is excellent. They worked very hard to accommodate our scheduling needs even during the busy winter season when everyone's furnace was breaking down and pipes were freezing. Very efficient and quick. Stan is super low key and handles problems without turning them into a big crisis. Came back in a timely manner to adjust a few small glitches. Office staff always extremely helpful.
jim was great with finding and recifying my plumbing needs. The team was courteous and professional throughout their time on the job.

Called on New Year's Eve with a leaking hot water heater. I described what we had, got a price quote and the technician was there at 10 am the following morning (New Year's Day) with a new replacement. The job was complicated by an ice storm and sub zero temperatures. The installation was better than our previous unit and care was taken to run the lines properly as well as the installation of new shut-off valves for future emergencies. Stephen was very professiona and performed stellar work. Came in and quickly assessed the issue. Wound up having to replace the entire faucet bc the pipes were old and beyond repair. Luckily he did a proper assessment before beginning any work to recognize what needed to be done. Very satisfied with the results and would hire again

Nick was very professional in his installing of a stainless steel "goose-neck" kitchen sink fawcet. What a difference! I would caution anyone buying an "electronic" faucet at a big box store. Go with the best through your Angie's "A" providers!
