Steve from Goodman Plumbing installed a new toilet in my master bathroom and also checked for leaks. He was professional, nice, on time and cleaned up nicely after the job was completed. Bill and Jake did a great job getting our old heater back on its feet, replacing several parts and thoroughly cleaning it. They also removed an extremely heavy iron radiator, which had cracked, carrying it down three flights of narrow stairs without damaging the stairs or walls. Then they had to carry an equally heavy replacement radiator up those three flights. The heater, radiators and bathroom are all working very well again. It was a pleasure working with them. Called on Monday evening and was given the earliest appointment for Wednesday morning. We’re told that they might be able to get there on Tuesday depending on workload. Nick and Jim arrived on Tuesday afternoon and had to replace a part of the copper pipe that was leaking behind the wall. We were so grateful that they were able to come on Tuesday as we had to shut the water off in the house, on Monday evening, because of the leak. Great! I called and was able to get same-day service. The plumbers were friendly and polite. The service took less than 15 minutes. The plumber first checked to see whether this was simply a matter of resetting the garbage disposal. It wasn't. I had a real clog, which required snaking and clearing. After clearing the clog, the plumber let the water run full force for several minutes to ensure that clog was definitely gone. I have not had any problems with that drain since (two months later).

Great experience from start to finish. Nick H showed up in the time window promised, did the job quickly and cleanly, and fixed an issue we'd had on the exhaust pitch. He also installed a CO monitor above the heater. All this on a Sunday morning, too. Their price out the door for the work was lower than a quote I had previously obtained for non-emergency service from another plumber.

It went very well. Goodman plumbing was professional, knowledgeable, clean, reliable and on time. The problem was solved when other plumbers did not know what to do. I am so happy not to have the sewer gas smell in my home anymore. I was happy with paying for this.

On a Friday night I came home to water in my kitchen. I couldn't determine the source of the leak it just seemed like it was seeping up from the ground. I assumed that I had a pipe burst since the weather had been so cold. It was around midnight when I called and i was supposed to get a call back.
