All around excellent. Furnace stopped heating house on coldest day of the year, with a sick patient just back from hospital. I called Goodman 24 hour #; they always answer very calmly & professionally. Goodman extremely busy that day but they squeezed us in. Roman Boretsky came that afternoon and worked with care and skill till 9 pm, troubleshooting, fixing the problem, and doing proactive maintenance. Overnight another part misfunctioned. Goodman assessed the job and have a price, but it turned out after the job that the price was for EACH of the running toilets instead of all three running toilets ($150x3). They fixed it but changed 2-3 X more than estimates I got from other plumbers, outrageous price that required $10 (x3) parts and one hour of labor. Will not use them again because there was nothing special about the service call that another plumber would not have done for a better price. (Also quoted appx.$500 to fix a leaky shower filter.)

We were very satisfied, the techs are all very knowledgeable, in 2 instances they diagnosed problems that other "professionals" couldn't figure out. They came when they said they would, called first to let me know they were on their way, all the work was completed very efficiently, they were very neat, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. and the price was reasonable for the big jobs we needed done.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the representative who came out to my home on New Year's Day to perform the above services. It is always nice when the work is done well and everything is cleaned up nicely afterwards. I highly recommend this company and would call them again.

I had a broken pipe in the basement that was shooting water everywhere. I called Goodman Plumbing because a friend said they did excellent work. When the person picked up the phone it was the owner himself. I was shocked. I have used many different repair men before and usually I speak with either a secretary or a service guy. Never the owner. He was so nice to speak with. He was able to diagnose the situation over the phone and made me feel completely at ease. He sent a representative to my house the next day. Within only a couple of hours after I called, Josh from Goodman Plumbing was at the house unclogging the kitchen sink drain. He worked fast and did a top notch job, and also explained what he was doing and gave me advice on how to avoid clogs in the future. Outstanding professionalism and expertise ... highly recommended! I appreciate that the plumber came out very quickly to evaluate the problem and give me an estimate. What I don't like is when the "estimate" consists of a single very large number and the company refuses to give me a breakdown of parts, labor, etc, offering only a "take it or leave it" price, refusing to even tell me what their hourly rate is. I opted to do business elsewhere. It was also annoying that the plumber ruined a brand new memory foam bathmat with his muddy boots.

This is my second time using Goodman plumbing and each time they help me they remind me what exceptional service feels like. My basement line needed to be cleaned and there were a few minor issues throughout the house such as my master bedroom sink drain not closing properly and my toilet not flushing properly. They were quick, knowledgeable, clean, professional and extremely reasonable on price. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Their service couldn’t be any better.
