Driver arrived on time ( actually early). He was very nice and professional. The whole experience worked great.
Both trips to and from PHL airport for our trip went very well. Both drivers were very nice and on time. The only suggestion I might make to improve upon the airport pick-up would be (if security regulations permit) to have the passengers wait with their luggage at curbside outside of the baggage claim area while the driver brings the car around to pick up the passengers and load the luggage, rather than making the passengers hike to where the car is parked. Hello Mr. Gage, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, as a commercial transportion company, we are unable to use commercial vehicles to pickup at the standard curbside pickup. However, we are able to provide Zone pickups that are located on the opposite side of the baggage claim at PHL per request. For the sedan we provided for you, it would be a Zone 6 pickup at PHL. I would definitely use King Limo again. The gentlemen drivers we had were very professional, accommodating, and on time for each event we had.
When we were dropped at the airport by the first driver, he parked a bit of a distance from entry and did not offer to help with our luggage (fyinfo) The driver for the return trip was excellent and quite patient since I was confused about the pick up location and very helpful
Liked the driver. Van arrived clean. Disappointed that the DVD screen did not work since we had a vehicle full of 8 year olds headed to a birthday party.
