Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend King Limo and will certainly use them again. Great experience!
Pleasant ride, however, did not like how the driver brought up receiving extra tip from previous customers. My company already provides a tip as King Limo includes the tip in the bill, so it is unnecessary to bring up the topic of extra tipping, this is unprofessional.

We are very clear in our training with the drivers on this issue, our Reservation agents who discuss the issue of gratuity at the time of booking as well as all the documentation on the drivers documents explaining the gratuity situation. The drivers for both trips were prompt, very professional, and courteous. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the vehicle.
Drivers were professional, easy to communicate with, and prompt. Bus was not cleaned when it arrived - empty beer cans were found in backseat.

Flight arrived @ 11:30p and driver was waiting for us in bag claim. Very glad we booked King. Took the hassle out of arranging for a friend/relative to pick us up at that late hour.
from the beginning process to the end everyone was so nice, Patty was very nice and took such good care of me and our driver was awesome thanks so much for making my son's wedding day a lot less stressful!!

WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED IN KING LIMO AND HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES SPORADICALLY OVER THE PAST DECADE, THE SERVICE HAS REMAINED EXCELLENT OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME, A TESTAMENT TO THEIR COMMITMENT TO SERVICE.
Great service, very punctual, no drama. There 12 of us with 22 duffle bags full of medical supplies. We uses King limo every year and we will use them again
