Booking app was easy to use. Vehicle and chauffeur were great. I used an suv to take group of friends from King of Prussia to NYC and back.

Driver was on time, very professional and drove safely. It's not often that I get all three levels of service on each trip with other transportation companies I have used. You guys rocked it. I will definitely refer your company to others.

Driver was not advised in advance of pick up 1) Airport terminal #, 2) Airline/Flight #, 3) Number of people being picked up 4) Correct name to appear on sign for passenger to recognize driver. After being in contact with initial driver, I received a telephone call from another driver who showed he was supposed to pick up the arriving group. On a positive note, once the initial driver had the suitable information from me, he was very responsive.

1. Driver was late, I know about traffic, that's why I allow for it! 2. Driver could not locate our driveway, I was on my front deck waving and shouting like an idiot to "OVER HERE"!. I n over several decades, I never had a driver fail to show up on time or get lost. 3. Passengers informed the driver that the gate changed in PHL he didn't believe them! A bad start to a long planned vacation. 4. Friday's driver was excellent, check his tip vs. Saturday's driver.

Your driver Tom started off not being able to open the luggage door to the van. We just stood there for a half hour until he figured it out by calling another driver. Again this was the most bumpy ride I have ever experienced. It was so bumpy that my body hurt afterwards. I am a travel agent and I am not sure I would let my clients experience what I did on this last ride.

I was pleased with the readiness of the drivers. They were on time and pleasant. There were two pick up locations. When we arrived at the second location the drive requested to use the bathroom. I feel that any personal issues should have been addressed prior to my pick up. I was not happy that I had to accommodate him. Cars were old and not clean, drivers left bags to my husband to load, and they didnt engage in any communications. Not even something simplr, such as 'car is parked over this way, please follow me' - Nothing, outside of minimal answers to questions. Only positive - they were on time.

Driver went to wrong address and was then 15 minutes late to the 2nd pickup stop. He then needed to use my bathroom and went a completely bizarre way to the airport. We barely made it on time to the airport (10 minutes to spare). I then got over charged by King for 45 minute waiting fee. King adjusted the invoice without apology or explanation. Valdimir was the driver for our return trip from the concert. We were still inside the venue when he called me with his location. Due to his accent and the noise, I asked him to text me instead. Long story short, he said he could not come into the parking lot and we would have to walk to meet him. Not familiar with the area, it was a challenge for me to figure out exactly where he was.
