I had booked a ride for my Mom going from her house to the Airport in Philly. My Mom has medical problems and needs help. I booked the trip through Patty who was very professional and assured me that everything would be taken care of and not to worry about anything. I then spoke to the dispatcher Joe Sullivan and again very well spoken and professional and again he also assured that my Mother was in good hands and that she would be taken care of. Driver was very professional. Polite and courteous in asking about the climate control and my comfort. I felt comfortable with his driving. He was respectful of my time as I worked during the drive. The car seemed dated and could have been in better shape. I also prefer to text status to email status.
