They are the go-to firm for carpet cleaning and repair. I have brought them antique rugs for stabilization and others for repair. I've also brought them antique carpets that I would like to have repaired, but they told me the truth: Ellen, this one is going to cost you far more than it is worth. Excellent, personal attention

Great job, my orientals needed the works...they were cleaned, scotch Guarded and the fringe was redone . All this was done in one week. Pickup and drop off was done courteously and efficiently! I have used Zakian before and was very satisfied so it was natural to use them again. The scheduling by the office personnel was also an efficient procedure.

I have been using Zakian for a number of years. They always do a good job. I have had a couple of rugs repaired too. They needed to be re-fringed and now look like new.
