Each and every time I order a pickup. It's smooth and easy. No hassle pick up or return mostly due to very good customer service.
Very good service. Did a nice job cleaning my rugs, especially after we got a new puppy. A bit pricey, so I don't have them cleaned as often as I should.
The last time I had our rugs cleaned. You did a great job One of the antique rugs needed repair and you work with us to find a perfect solution that flawlessly repaired the rug and worked with our budget!
Pick up and delivery was very smooth. Rugs have some age on them but they look new now.

I have had my carpets cleaned by Zakian for 10+ years. I am moving and sent them 5 rugs to clean expecting similar pricing as the last time they were cleaned. Beware that they have increased their pricing 33%. They are claiming that they are using a chemical to disinfect for COVID. I didn't ask for a COVID cleaning. It isn't even necessary. I asked for a routine cleaning. The owner said they bought an expensive chemical to COVID clean and are charging $1 per foot more. This is a 33% increase in pricing. It is ridiculous. ... read more
Scheduled the appointment for a residential cleaning, got the place all ready, waited for the three hour window, but they never showed up. No phone call. Nothing. Switched to another company.
Would have liked rugs to be individually wrapped as you used to do.
They threw my red Persian rug away with out even given calling me. The rug was priceless according to my Aunt and my mother. I promised I would take good care of it and take it to a repritable cleaner. I said to them don’t worry the rug is in good hands. Little did I know. Who knows what they did with the rug.
