They said they threw my rug away. Did they clean it and resell it? They lost my trust. I would not even give them a star but it won't let me post if I don't select one star. They suck!
They threw out my rug without calling me. I told them to call me if they had any problems. I had them pick up 3 rugs on Wed. They were to call me if they had a problem. I did not here from them. I called them Friday afternoon. They said there were no issues and my rugs would be delivered the following Wed.
