Always on time and carpets like new
It's been five years since Zakian cleaned my rugs. They took them up from my old house and put them down in my new apartment. The rugs have taken a lot of wear from my cats and me. I'll be calling soon to get the rugs cleaned again soon.
Your cleaning brings our rugs back to life time after time. We have 3 dogs so that says a lot for the quality and thoroughness of your cleaning.

Great job, my orientals needed the works...they were cleaned, scotch Guarded and the fringe was redone . All this was done in one week. Pickup and drop off was done courteously and efficiently! I have used Zakian before and was very satisfied so it was natural to use them again. The scheduling by the office personnel was also an efficient procedure.
I have been using Zakian for a number of years. They always do a good job. I have had a couple of rugs repaired too. They needed to be re-fringed and now look like new.
