We have dogs and live on a farm. Zakian has consistently cleaned and repaired our oriental and Karastan carpets in an outstanding manner. Their customer service from the office to the delivery men is great.
I had a great experience. I had just missed my neighborhood's pickup day but someone else had a special pickup scheduled nearby so they fit me. The receptionist remembered me the next morning and worked it all out.
