Very rude, Ignorant, and Unprofessional customer service from the "Front Desk Manager". Had a great experience the first couple times i've used angel. They clearly no longer care to provide quality service. I would no longer recommend using them for your HVAC needs.
Called for service at 9 am 20 minutes later my Ac issue was diagnosed. few hours later 3 guys showed up and fixed the issue. unbelievable service ! I would rate them 10 stars if I could . Bob Nagle
The service was goog
I called because I didn’t know how to light my pilot to my gas heater. The sales person came in looked at the heater for about 10 minutes. He looks at me and automatically says “You need a new heater” “That’ll be $80.” Never explained what’s wrong the heater?, What he was look at or for?” He couldn’t speak English well enough for me to understand what little he did say.
