My AC stopped working during the hottest day of the summer! I called and they were out within the hour!

Angel service rep came out on a Sunday morning, arriving only 45 minutes after I called for help. He worked for a few minutes to diagnose the problem, showing me every step of the way his game plan. He told me the repair time and cost, and was right on. Courteous and clean, I would have them do work for me again!

The technician was very profesional. His diagnose was that I needed to change the filter. He told me that if that doesn't work I can call them again. The HVAC worked for 3 days, when I called them again I was told that after 24 hours I need to pay again. The technician came for a second time and did additional procedures, the diagnose was the filter, however the filter was cleaned. It didn't make sense. The first time the technician came he was very profesional and polite. His diagnose was that I needed to changed my filter. He told me to call back if this didn't work, it did work for days. I called again and they told me I needed to call within 24hours so I don't get charged. The technician came for a second time and after he did some testing, he told me again it was the filter. Very rude, Ignorant, and Unprofessional customer service from the "Front Desk Manager". Had a great experience the first couple times i've used angel. They clearly no longer care to provide quality service. I would no longer recommend using them for your HVAC needs.
