Ivan is truly a Daikin expert! After another air conditioning company had failed to diagnose the problem with my Daikin mini-split unit, Ivan quickly determined that the condensate pump needed to be replaced. Sophia promptly scheduled the replacement visit and Ivan and his assistant Yuri made the necessary repairs with courtesy and efficiency.
