Dave was our driver into the city. We were scheduled for a 5:30 pickup. Due to heavy traffic, he did not arrive until 6:05. I got two or three phone calls updating me of the driver's whereabouts. I would think a driver would check into traffic conditions BEFORE leaving to pick up a client. Fortunately, we made it to the venue 10 minutes before the concert began. Although we did have to get dropped off on Broad Street because of the heavy traffic. On a positive note, Dave was very pleasant.

When we came out of customs we looked all over for a driver with a sign with our name on it. We couldn’t find one. About 10minutes later we looked around again and still didn’t see any of the drivers with our name. There were many drivers there with name cards. We finally called King and he called our driver. I found him because he was talking on the phone to you while we were on the phone. I would have never known he was our driver. He was sitting in a chair off to the side. PLEASE DO NOT POST MY NAME OR EMAIL on any site. Lynn arrived early and was a safe and most pleasant driver. I can always count on King for professional drivers, ease of scheduling and on time performance.

Neil was about 10 minutes late due to parking in the wrong block. I texted him, he called back, and I directed him to the correct location.

Overall I am pleased with the service. Driver was on time. He was polite and nice. Helped me with loading and unloading my luggage. One downside was that driver had a very bad breath, that I could smell it even from the back seat. He was friendly and really wanted to chat, but I had to limit the conversations because of the bad breath.

The van we were picked up in was in rough shape. Definitely the worst vehicle I’ve ever been in with your organization. It should be retired;). The engine sounded strange and it was not very clean. Made it a bit of a harrowing ride from Newark to Berwyn.

Both drivers were on time, polite, cooperative, helpful and fully competent and provided contracted services. However, if these vans had been booked for my business clients, the points that would have displeased me would have been - Van conditions - The first van was shabby and poorly maintained (hub cap missing and front end vibration at highway speed). The first thing the driver said when he called to tell me he was in the area and I asked him how he was doing was "not so well, I can't find the building you at. Then we go to New York and he was unable to get us to our locations in sufficient time. When he picked us up at Battery Park he was unable to give me a location because he said he couldn't see the street signs.
