You have always done a great job except for pickup from Phil on Saturday 6/17. First: the driver was not there when we came out of customs. Second: We went downstairs and he was not there so we called. He said he was waiting outside customs. When I said he was not he said he then said he had to go to his to get his phone. I've used King Limo frequently for work. Here's my experience on this trip where I hired an 8 passenger limo to pick us up after a wedding. If this were my first trip with King Limo, I probably wouldn't use you again. Our pickup was at midnight after a wedding. We walked outside at midnight and saw a limo near the entrance. There was no driver standing outside and it was quite dark. I walked up to the window and peered inside and could see the driver in a white shirt with a tray of food in the console. Driver arrived on time. But the trip ended up a disaster. The route that was chosen took the limo bus to a covered bridge that it would not fit through. Then he drove around for awhile.. Finally ended up at the bridge and the guests decided to walk a half a mile to the venue. Guests arrived late and sweaty (including the Best Man). I should have said I would not recommend you, but my dealings with Patty Pease have been great.

Limo was there on time (actually early). Driver was very nice and professional. Thank goodness I talked to him, because he didn't know he had to return to the venue for a second trip. Not his fault, no he said no one told him. Bride and groom almost got left at the venue. It was in my contract. So double check with the driver.

We use King Limousine almost every other week and our experience have been very good. But on 5/6 ,we had a bad experience with the assigned driver. Specifically he did not have money to pay the toll and took a dollar from us. On top of that he took a dollar to "get home" He was eating while driving and three times my wife had to tell him to turn off the music. Hope you do not send him to us again. Thanks
