Had to reschedule 3 different times, they only called 1 time to say they couldn't make it. The other days we had to call them to ask , why didn't you make it out? COMPANY APPLIED AN ATTRACTIVE-LOOKING ROOF. COMPANY DID CORRECT SEVERAL MINOR PROBLEMS, SUCH AS LOOSE GUTTERS,AND BROKEN SHINGLE, BUT TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS TO CORRECT THESE.
WORK PERFORMED WAS GOOD, BUT I THOUGHT THE PRICING WAS HIGH. THE JOB TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES, AND IT COST $160.00. HOWEVER, THE MAN DOING THE JOB WAS VERY THOROUGH IN CHECKING MY ROOF FOR FUTURE PROBLEMS. CLEANED UP THE YARD WHEN FINISHED.
JOB WAS DONE IN AVERY TIMELY MANNER. PROBLEMS WERE ADDRESSSED TO MY SATISFACTION.
THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT AND THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS FOUND.
The estimator who came to my home had a condescending attitude that demonstrated he really did not want to take on this small job. Although I showed him exactly where the leak is on the roof and offered to show him the same spot in the attic, he insisted I would need to pay $450 to have a technician evaluate the situation and then provide an estimate. When the homeowner insisted that we enter his attic to investigate further our representative informed the owner that due to Covid-19 protocols we would not be entering the home. The crew showed up to work and worked until the project was done. You'd think that was a good thing, but they were so rushed by the end of the day that I have ZERO confidence that they didn't cut corners. Of course now, there's no way to verify that except to wait and see if the roof leaks. I asked about one item and I was assured (by a person who wasn't even here, mind you) that it was done "right" but he admitted that they took a shortcut to save time, but that it was still done right. I called for $149 advertised special which included 100 feet of gutter clean out and roof inspection. I was told it would be at least 3 weeks for someone to come out which was fine for me though after 4 weeks, I never heard back from C&C though I was getting email specials for same service. I contacted them again and they sent someone out within 5 days. It's been over a month now and I am still waiting and have heard nothing. Mr Millers response to my original post is is totally inaccurate as nothing has been rectified. My damaged gutters still sag, are still mangled, and are now worthless. All because the workers were not instructed to remove and then replace the gutters as was written up in the work order.
