The communication with this company has been horrible and time consuming. After getting an estimate, I sent an email saying I would like to proceed with the work and asked what to do next. After four days with no response, I sent a follow up email. I received a reply and was told to send a check for a deposit and then someone would call me to set up a date for the work to be done. They were just trying to replace the whole roof. I asked for an estimate to put piece of metal on the roof and they gave a price was $700 or $800. But we had it done around $200. They promised to send pictures from roof but they never did.

Requested estimate to replace 5 foot piece of gutter with gutter guard due to inability to accommodate water flow from roof resulting in overflow. I was given a quote of $500.00.I was told I needed a larger, 6 inch gutter as well as a new downspout. I called to get an updated quote. SAid he'd get back to me but he never did. Never got the updated quote. I moved on after they didn't get back to me the second time.

Considering the urgency of our request due to a roof leak, Jeff was extremely curt and rude in his approach to provide us with his company's quote. We decided to shop elsewhere for a quote. <br /> <br /> UPDATE: There was also considerable hail damage, which C & C Family Roofing and Jeff failed to identify versus the prior two estimates and accompanying adjuster.

Be careful before signing a contract to have your roof replaced by this company. The contract states that ?C & C Family Roofing and Siding is not responsible for damage to driveways or sidewalks?? <br /> Before signing the contract, I questioned this statement. As is stated at the beginning of this review, C and C Family Roofing stated that we were not responsible for damage to "driveways and sidewalks" as a result to the dumpster being placed in the driveway. We made the homeowner aware that we would make every effort to protect her driveway but the weight of the trash from her roof put a faint impression in the driveway. <p>They fixed the clog in the downspout fine. They did not bag the debris as they claim in the ad--I didn't care much. They looked at the gutter adjacent the told me there was nothing in it. They then tried to claim that that section was 100 linear feet. It is a section in front of the bedroom windows. I know my bedroom is not 100 feet long. They made a poor/brief attempt to fix to soffit and then gave up. They said the soffit pieces would not fit, but they fit fine before and they fit fine now after being put in place by an... read more

The coupon for 100 linear feet was used to clean out the homeowners gutters. The additional gutters would have put the homeowner over the total footage. The soffit repair was not completed due to the pieces were damaged and unrepairable.

There was language issue and I had a difficult time communicating with the crew. After installation of vent strip and roof project was completed, the homeowner expressed dissatisfaction with the appearance of the vent strip and is functionality. We obtained an estimate from C & C Family Roofing on 7/29/14 by an employee named John. My husband and I accepted the contract and gave a deposit of 10% that went through our bank account on 8/15. After Labor Day, we were contacted by C & C Family Roofing who informed us that John was no longer working for the firm and they were sending a "new guy" out to look at our roof. That same salesman took a leave of absence due to personal reasons so we sent a project manager out to double check the scope of work.
