C&C roofing was great initially and promptly sent someone out within a few days to evaluate the roof. Unfortunately we were not home when they came to inspect the roof and it has been over week since they were out to evaluate the problem. We have yet to receive an estimate or any form of communication from them to explain the delay. 

Business response:

We contacted the homeowner and they informed us that they did not receive their estimate. We corrected the issue and they received their estimate within 2 days. We apologized for the clerical error. Scott Miller Service Manager

Horrible, damaged gutters and shrubs! 

Business response:

We are sorry for the damage to the front gutter and some of the bushes having broken branches. We made every effort to correct the customers concerns and we are paying to have the damaged gutter and bushes replaced. Although this project did not turn out the way the customer nor our company would have liked, we are taking her concerns very seriously. One of the workers put a whole through my ceiling which is going to cost me $10K!!!!!. They tried to "claim" that the hole was structural issue, but fortunately I was getting interior work done from another contractor and they confirmed that it was human error.

I reached out the C&C for a window leak. Someone came out to my house (on time)and told me exactly what was wrong and wrote up a contract a few days later. I emailed back with questions regarding the price of the window and the person retuned my call and said that he would come out again to take another look at the job. I never heard back from C&C again. <br />

We made a secondary appointment with the homeowner to discuss options for her windows project. The homeowner is considering expanding the project or possibly re-define the scope of work. Scott Miller Service Manager

They were 2 hours late, showed up with none or the material that was to be used on the job. The supervisor gave me the run around when I had him come to the job to discuss the details of the contract...stating that the company NEVER breaks down an estimate...just gives a price for TOTAL job. Called my attorney...he said just get rid of them, find someone else, and to get at least 2 estimates. I did exactly that over the next two days...estimates of $2400. and $2200. were given for the exact same job, the job was completed to... read more

Called and received a quote to replace a few windows and to put a new roof on my home. The quote process went well and we decided to move forward with the job after a phone call with the salesperson. The windows were measured and I was told that the windows would take 6-8 weeks to be made and that I would receive call when the windows had arrived. I apologize for the bad experience that you had with our company. It is not our normal practice to accept a job for a customer and not get at least a 1/3 deposit for the cost of the materials (especially on custom window jobs). I researching this situation I was not even able to find a signed contract for the work you requested us to do. I feel that this whole situation could have been just a big misunderstanding. The initial quote process was smooth. No high-pressure sales tactics, and price wasn't the lowest we received but we went with the company based on the positive Angie's List reviews. Sent our deposit in and we didn't hear from anyone, but our check was cashed on a Friday. I called the company twice before receiving a call from the manager the following Monday that the project would start Wednesday. <br /> The crew arrived around 7:00 and seemed to be on the ball. I hired them because they are supposed to be siding experts. It was supposed to be a simple job but the installer damaged the aluminum siding and put the doors back on incorrectly. The service manager came out and fixed the doors and trim but they said the siding was permanently damaged. They tried to bend it back. They painted it the wrong color. After several trips out with problem still unresolved the office called several times with tghreats. demanding payment. Owner would not return phone calls. <br />
