Angie's list offered a special on roof services by this company. I paid my money only to get a call from the company saying they don't work in Philadelphia. I had to call Angie's List to get my money back. Not a happy experience. <br />
They came out and never even got on our roof and instead tried to upsell additional services. They let us know we could pay additional money to have the pipe collars replaced or we could call for a refund. I guess we just had a misunderstanding of what the deal actually covered. However, we decided to call Angie’s List for the refund.

It includes minor caulking of up to four penetrations and a report on any additional reccomendations for repairs or replacement of the roofing and/or roof components. Made appointment and office called back to confirm. John D. came out as scheduled and surveyed the roof and inside the attic and said it was inremarkable good shape after 16 yrs and pointed out what he was going to do for the job. I asked him if he can fix a shingle that was popping up visible from the front of the house and he said he would do that as part of the deal. After two days went by and no one returned my call, I called again.A nice-sounding lady from C&C left me a voice mail on the third day.In her words, 'C&C does not work in the city of Philadelphia, so unfortunately, we can't help you.' Their responsiveness, not horrible (F), could use a little work, and certainly is not average (C). That'swhy they earned the D. <em>Don't waste</em> <em>your quarter on the call if your property's in Philly.</em> <br />
I purchased a big deal for $199, to get the roof of my new house inspected and repaied. When the rep from the company arrived he said he didn't want to touch the roof and offered to do the whole roof for $6000.00. <br /> After some back and forth, Angie's list got my money back for me and we've recently hired another company from Angie's list to repair our roof. <br /> <br />

Our representative inspected the roof and found it to be in poor condition and the coupon would have been a waste of money for the homeowner. The representative informed the homeowner that the $99.00 could be applied towards a new roof or have it be refunded if they so choose. Lousy. <br />
When I called their office to install the solar powered attic fan I was told that they had to inspect the job before scheduling the work.. Their salesman showed up shortly afterwords on a Wednesday. From the moment he arrived until he left all he could talk about was the "poor" condition of my roof and how I should use C&C to replace the roof before the fan was installed. Our first obligation is to evaluate the condition of the roof to ensure the installation will not promote leaks to the customers roof.
