I would never recommend their work to anyone. They cannot even guarantee their work. They have 24 hr. answering service, but I don't know why because there is no after hour call backs or weekend work. This company is the reason I joined Angie's List and I am very surprised to see them on it at all. It makes me wonder about Angie's List.

I found out after the work was completed that C&C has a coupon circulating that offered the same service for much less than I paid. Call me a fool for letting them overcharge me! The clincher was: a few months after the service was performed, in the winter, after a particularly windy day, the gutter in the back overhanging a skylight came loose. Snow was in the forecast and I was certain that the weight of the snow would cause the gutter to come loose, fall and break the skylights. I called C & C and begged them to come out ... read more

Had to wait 3 weeks after contacting company for work to be performed. Work was performed satisfactorily, however when it came time to pay the bill, we had a telephone directory coupon for $50 off of a job of $250 or more. Also mentioned a senior citizen discount (which we are). We were told that these two were already considered in the bill of $300. How did they know we had a coupon. Obviously, they could tell we were senior citizens.

I CONTRACTED WITH THE COMPANY IN NOVEMBER TO HAVE A ROOF INSTALLED BY THE SECOND WEEK OF DEC. THE ROOF WAS NOT INSTALLED UNTIL FEB. THE CONTRACTOR NEVER CALLED TO EXPLAIN THE DELAY. WHEN I CALLED HIM, HE SAID IT WAS DUE TO WEATHER. HE SHOULD HAVE REACHED OUT TO ME TO LET ME KNOW. ALSO, THEY NEVER DID THE CLEANUP FOR THE JOB, IT WAS IN WINTER AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD RETURN IN SPRING, THEY NEVER CAME SO I HAD TO PICK UP THE GARBAGE (ASSORTED SHINGLES, NAILS ETC...).
