Dreadful experience. Every job we hired them to do ended up being an expensive mess. We specifically requested NOT to have outdoor sprinklers run through the filters but they did it anyway. they replaced the radiant floor valves but put them in backwards. Finally, when they unclogged a bathtub they put the tub drain on upside down. The overflow drain caused water to spray out and onto the floor but my son didn’t notice it during showers. The morning after I'd set up the appointment, another Goodman rep called and said they'd made a mistake. The rep I talked had misinformed me. They would not be able to come do my work after all, as they were short two trucks. I was then forced to hit the phones again and try and find a plumber that could come out same day. I would have had a better chance at that if I'd been able to make the calls the previous evening. This was a classic case of unreliability. When I called and made an appointment I was told that they would be here between 8am and 12pm. I got a call at 7:45 and Chris was here within 25 minutes which was great. He found the problem and it didn't take anytime to fix.Chris replaced the pipe. The toilet is fixed and no more leaks!I
