Plumer was unable to clean the pipe from our side and then suggested that a hole be cut into the main sewer pipe which is located in my garage. Before giving this plumer the ok I asked serval question which included "would there be a guarantee" and the plumer said there would be a 30 work guaranteed. This was all a telephone conversation as I was at work the time. When I arrived home from work and saw my invoice I noticed that the invoice said no guarantee. I called to schedule the appointment I spoke with a Secretary I believe her name was Andrea she put me on hold which was fine but when she picked back up she was very rude and trying to rush me off the phone i did get an apt right away I was scheduled between 12 and 4 the plumber Stan didn't show up till after 4 he was very nice but very fidgety he looked like he hasn't slept in days his eyes were blood shot he could barely stay still I honestly thought he was on coke or speed he gave me a decent price but I decided to go wi... read more

The faucet was replaced and functioned satisfactorily. The 2 staff members, Sean and Cisco, were very polite and respectful. However, as they pulled away, I observed two seafoam colored stains on the asphalt behind my home. I had had the driveway and alley way repaved last August to the tune of $6.000.00. Neither of the employees of Goodman Plumbing alerted me to the spill before they left the premises. We had another plumber come out who automatically said we needed a new faucet. At $500 and a hole in our linen closet Goodman told us the cartridge was bad, but since the faucet was so old there was a chance they would need to replace. Saved us $ using Goodman. Will be calling them when we move into our new house

My basement bathroom was backed up due to a main sewer blockage. Last time this happened, the plumber I used came and quoted $350 for cleaning, but then charged another $300 for taking the toilet apart to access the pipes. This time I called a few companies, and Goodman was the only company that provided an exact quote over the phone that was by the job ($185) instead of by the hour. Yesterday water was pouring out of the ceiling in my garage under the master bathroom. I had no idea where the leak was coming from, so I had to shut off the water main to the house and find a plumber. I used Angie's List, and found Goodman Plumbing was top rated in my area.
